All participating surgeons and medical professionals retain full and independent clinical judgment, autonomy, and professional responsibility for all aspects of patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. JMS does not engage in, direct, supervise, or control the practice of medicine, nor does it influence any clinical, medical, or surgical decisions made by participating practitioners.

The Jiffy Knee® program, its marketing structure, and all related financial arrangements are expressly designed and administered in accordance with applicable federal and state healthcare laws, including but not limited to the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute (42 U.S.C. §1320a-7b(b)), the Civil Monetary Penalties Law, and relevant state prohibitions on fee-splitting and improper patient solicitation. JMS’s marketing services are limited to lawful brand promotion and informational dissemination and do not involve any remuneration, incentive, or consideration tied to patient referrals, procedure volume, or medical outcomes.

Jiffy Marketing Services, LLC maintains a strict compliance policy and requires that all participating surgeons and affiliated entities adhere to all governing federal and state regulations, as well as applicable medical board and advertising standards.
